Online Powerlifting Coaching

Structured, personalised, and fully guided strength coaching, built around your goals, schedule, and performance needs. You’ll receive tailored programming, detailed video feedback, and open communication throughout, giving you the tools and direction to keep progressing with purpose.

Group Powerlifting Class

Powerlifting sessions for all levels, from newcomers to seasoned lifters. You’ll train in a supportive group environment with structured programming, direct feedback, and the energy of a community that’s focused on getting stronger together.

My name is Ryan Edwards

I’m Ryan Edwards, a strength and powerlifting coach based in Gloucester. With over eight years of experience, I’ve helped lifters of all levels build strength that lasts, both in the gym and in how they approach training, performance, and life.

 

As the founder of RE Coaching and Gloucestershire Powerlifting, and a coach with Dedicated by Design (DBD), my focus is simple: to coach with purpose, communicate clearly, and help lifters make meaningful, sustainable progress.

 

At RE Coaching, strength isn’t just built in numbers. It’s built through structure, intent, and a genuine passion for the process.
