Comprehensive Training System

All coaching programmes use a detailed tracking system to monitor progress week to week. Every session records sets, reps, load, RPE/RIR, bodyweight, and recovery data, allowing for precise adjustments to training volume, intensity, and movement selection over time.

No two lifters are the same. Every plan begins with a detailed consultation to understand your goals, training history, and capacity. Programmes are then built and adapted based on feedback and data trends to keep progress consistent and training individualised.

Support & Communication

Strong communication is at the core of RE Coaching. Athletes receive direct, ongoing support with quick response times, weekly check-ins, and regular video reviews. Feedback is detailed, honest, and focused on helping you move forward with confidence.

Weekly Analysis

Every week includes a comprehensive review of performance, technique, and overall progress. Training is adjusted where needed, and key factors such as fatigue, recovery, and nutrition are considered to ensure long-term development without burnout.

ATHLETE PROGRAMMING

Our Athlete Program is tailored for competitors and driven lifters seeking a focused yet flexible approach. Weekly program updates ensure your training remains aligned with your goals, while end-of-week check-ins provide an opportunity to review your progress, discuss notes, and address any questions. Each week, video analysis helps refine your technique to maximise performance.

With dedicated competition support, this program is designed to prepare you for success on the platform and beyond. Whether it’s adjusting your program, fine-tuning execution, or strategising for meet day, the Athlete Program offers the guidance and structure you need to excel.

COMPREHENSIVE COACHING - LEVEL 1

With Level 1 Comprehensive Coaching, you will receive foundational yet robust support to drive consistent progress. This includes a bespoke program with weekly updates and one detailed review point, end-of-week check-ins via voicenote or text, and an end-of-cycle call to evaluate and plan ahead.

Additional features include twice-weekly video analysis for precise technique adjustments, nutritional guidance to optimise performance and recovery, and competition support to help you excel on the platform. With 6-day-a-week communication from 8am to 8pm, you’ll have access to responsive guidance tailored to your needs.

This package is designed to provide essential tools and expert feedback, fostering growth and confidence as you work toward your goals.

COMPREHENSIVE COACHING - LEVEL 2

Our Comprehensive Coaching service represents the pinnacle of athlete development. This hands-on, highly structured process is designed to support lifters at every stage of their journey. By blending personalised programming, detailed video analysis, and responsive communication, we create a tailored approach that adapts to your individual needs and goals.

With Comprehensive Coaching, you will receive a bespoke program built from an in-depth consultation, paired with nutritional guidance, access to a comprehensive video catalogue, and a group page for community interaction and discussion. Weekly check-ins and daily contact ensure continuous feedback and adjustments, refining everything from exercise selection to mindset strategies.

This method fosters a strong coach-client relationship, allowing us to better understand your psychology as a lifter and deliver the precise adjustments needed to streamline progress. Whether refining technique, managing training stress, or preparing for competition, this evolving process is dedicated to helping you reach your full potential.

£120 / Month
